We’ve compiled a list of the questions that we are most commonly asked and have published them, as well as the answers, here. Unfortunately, we have been very busy with dad’s affairs, so we have been unable to respond to everyone as information is requested. We greatly appreciate everyone’s concern, and want to address everything that has been asked, and this is the most exhaustive and efficient way that we see fit.
