For Good

The second of two videos, portraying dad’s recent years as a “biker,” gives us insight into his passion and to the “friends” that he made while doing what he loved. We now call those friends “family”.

Both the opening and closing landscape scenes were photographed by dad while he was riding his motorcycle. Dad could often be heard saying “on the open road.” The photos are very appropriate for this video and symbolize both a start and an end.

For those that knew dad as a “biker,” the video closes with photographs of a few of the motorcycles that he owned (in the order that he owned them). The final image of a bike is that of his Victory Vision, the last bike that he owned and the bike that he was riding when his accident occurred. That image is different from the others, in that the photograph is of the bike… without a rider.
